LARRY AND SARAH LIE TO US, WE ARE VERY STRESSED AND TIRED, THEY KEEP ASKINGS THINGS WE PAY ALREADY. WE PAY MORE 650 THOUSAND PESOS IN A FEW WEEKS AND STILL WANTS MORE MONEY FOR THINGS SUPPOSED IS INCLUDED! PLEASE WE HAVE MORE IMPORTANT PROBLEMS, MY PARENTS ARE OLD AND SICK AND IM TIRED OF PROBLEMS FOR THIS HOUSE, HOPE WE CAN CANCEL THE CONTRACT, RETURN THE HOUSE AND RECOVER MONEY, BUY THIS HOUSE WAS THE WORST MISTAKE IN ALL MY LIFE. I DONT DELETE THIS REVIEW IF I DONT RECOVER THE MONEY. MEDIATRIX ARE SCAMMERS AND THEY DONT CARE OF YOU AFTER YOU PAY, AVOID BUY A HOUSE HERE!!!!!!
Poor customer service. House has lots of problem. Can't recommend. I'm one of the owners. If your unit has a problem, the office just don't bother doing it.
