this dfa branch in malolos is a big help for us here in bulacan.. we used to go to dfa robinson starmills in san fernando pampanga everytime we are applying for a new passport or renewing expired ones.. we can now conveniently do it in less time and expenses than usual for we don't have to travel that far (pampanga branch)..

You set an appointment but you have to wait for whole day. They also entertain walk in applicants which prolong the wait time of those who have an appointments.

Thank you very much DFA Malolos! All your staff including the guards and the maintenance were accommodating. It was a very nice experience renewing my passport from your wonderful office. From processing (approx less than 30mins) to releasing (less than 5mins!), it was done with very much ease. And my passport was released on time!! Keep it up!

Its nice to have a sateline office near our place, so convenient. The place is clean. When I went there for my appointment it took me 1hr to complete my renewal process. Good job!

Xentro Mall is still under construction as of this writing. But the process in the agency is quite fast since it is newly opened.
