Tried to walk in and I was advised that I need to book an appointment first, so I followed and booked an appointment a week before the actual schedule. I was told that I will receive a phone call 2-3 business days before the scheduled appointment so I agreed even though I work on a night shift and mostly asleep all day. They called 1 business day before the scheduled appointment at 3pm in afternoon while I was sleeping so I was not able to answer. They only sent a text message if I want to confirm my 10am appointment the following day so I replied Yes. I was already on my way to the clinic and was even in a hurry to be on my 10am schedule but 2 minutes before 10am they suddenly texted that my schedule was moved to 11am. So I then went to the clinic before 11am only to find out that they already accepted a walk in patient so I need to wait again until 12pm onwards? Is this how customers are treated nowadays?

2 of my fillings came off. I also had sensitivity for about a month on the teeth I had done. Not particularly good given the price of their service.
