Hagimit falls was located at Peñaplata. The place was so refreshing and upon seeing the clear water anybody could not resist to enjoy. You can go there via tricycle or a single motorcycle. The people was so respectful. Indeed I will surely recommend the place.

Awesome! Be sure to visit this place when you are in samal. So clean and scenic. Locals are friendly and polite. Assists tourists not for your money. There is a small cave that you can pass under the falls then dive deep to the other side to get out. so much fun
I have visited Hagimit Falls twice. I enjoy it primarily because of the blueish water. It comes across as enchanting. It changed a bit between my visits. I think the owners have a habit of redirecting the water by using concrete and making it look like natural rock in attempt to make it look more spectacular, though I am going off of memory at this point. In one case they made a new pool of water but it wasn't pleasant to swim in because the bottom was mucky. One thing that is nice about the place is that the entrance fee and huts are affordable and you can find your own waterfalls to enjoy without too much crowding. The first time I visited we hired motorcycles to at Paradise resort to take us here and back. on my second visit I had my own personal transportation that I took across the ferry.
Great experience on this cascading waterfalls. Cold water whicj is perfect for swimming.
Located in Samal Island. We walked far, a small water fall with very cold water but you will get used to it. We made an arrangement to the tricycle driver to bring us to places in our lists in Samal Island. I felt ripped off as the tour ended because we had an agreed cost with the driver but then collecting additional payment afterwards, considering that it was only a half day tour. - Feb. 2019
For just Ten pesos environmental fee, you can already go to Hagimit Falls. I enjoyed the cool water coming from the mountain top, the 'curtain'. There are different sites to enjoy bathing, reachable by going through the cemented steps. Be careful when wading through the waters as you may hit the boulders and be carried by the strong pressure of flowing water.
I'm a nature love so I find this so amazing. The water was celan and all you feel and aura is the nature itself. Also there are cottage to rent and comfort room. This is really recommended to nature lover people.also the river is covered by the trees nature it self
Perfect for nature lover and hikers! Yeah, you need to walk, the road is going down to reach the falls; likewise, you need to walk going up to exit. Great experience! Enjoying the nature while having exercise at the same time.
