Nagpagawa ako ng singsing, on Nov 2018 naka recieved ako ng text na ready na ang item, nagreply ako sa kanila na for men yun kc "ready na ung singsing nyu mam", but no response. Ngayun nandito ako sa shop nila pero close pala sila. Tinawagan ko ung mobile number na nagcontact sa akin at ang sabi lang, "wrong number ka sir". Ngayun tinawagan kuna ang telephone number nila ng 6x pero walang sumagot. A bit irritated, i called the cebu branch and told me that they have the memo to close from 22 December to 01 January. D man lang nakapag inform na magko close sila, at least nakapag prepare sana ung customer kung anong magandang gawin for that item na pinagawa. Bad customer service
