My wife’s mother is likely dying in this hospital at this moment needing anyone to simply explain what a liver biopsy involves. She may be unnecessarily afraid. We believe she could do a better job of putting my mother in law at ease about the safety of the liver biopsy she the doctor suggested. We just want to know what the risks are, what to expect, try to put her mind at ease. The nurse is worthless to get help from. A simple display of compassion to put someone at ease so we can get on with saving her life isn’t too much to ask. Apparently seeing the fear in someone’s eyes about a procedure you recommend isn’t enough of a clue to sit down beside them and put them at ease. We regret taking her here. Here in America, a doctor would address patient concerns before leaving the room. Family concerns are addressed too. I think we’d get better service here from the worst hospital. Dedicated physicians? Not our experience. Is an oath not taken to do what’s best for a patient? I could explain what a liver biopsy is and the risks, but I am not her specialist, who we are paying good money to explain which of the biopsy methods and why. What to do before and after, why it probably won’t kill her etc. Don’t expect patient compassion here. Maybe you’ll get lucky! Avoid this place like the plague! Too bad my mother in law isn’t a celebrity or politician. The compassion level increases the higher up the food chain you are! This is the last time we waste our money here!

The waiting time for OPD is forever. Good thing about the nurses are nice and superb. Sometimes they out do the resident doctors in the ER in terms of patient care. Love their private ward. I love how they offer extra bed for watchers, not just like a bench type bed or something.

Worst Emergency ROOM ever!!!!!!!!! They accept patients without a Doctor to operate on you. You are paying for a consultation fee and the advice is to get consulted to another Doctor! I was paying for a service I was not asking for!!!!!!!!!!! A redundant service. Nurse stuff are not well informed how to cater patients. One nurse said from her own word that Information Desk don’t know anything. So what’s the point of the Information Desk in the ER????????

I got admitted here three times in the past, and so far the service is good. Doctors and nurses would really care for you. I go here whenever I need particular care for a health issue. Their health care services are somewhat more diverse than DMSF and their processing is somewhat faster than SPMC because it's a private hospital.

Even if it was just for 24 hrs and we paid thousands for the icu it was not a very good experience. Why? The staff are very LOUD. Knowing it’s an icu facility the nurses and staff should observe silence since they have patients with sensitive conditions. Kaya nga INTENSIVE CARE UNIT diba. But this is not what you can observe. They will talk loud and laugh loud. Don’t tell them to minimize their voices because it’s useless.

Terrible service. I had to wait a day to get my medical certificate.
