Where can we complain about this rude Bureau of Immigration official from Davao international airport? This very rude staff should not be working in your office. My husband and I were treated rudely as if this person was in a higher rank. I know they have this authority but even simple gestures count. Moving out of the country and taking long flights are already very stressful. This very rude and arrogant Mr. Gonzales should learn how to be respectful and polite. It’s such a shame that people like this gives your office a very bad image. Wish we could just file a complaint against this person! Other immigration officials abroad are more polite and approachable unlike this staff who is very rude on how he approaches people! He don’t deserve to be in a government institution, doesn’t even know the term PUBLIC SERVICE!

Wow. These people don’t care about anyone. Lost luggage and when they finally found it they made us wait for the next flight to manage my bags. Over three hours waiting. Ridiculous. They need to get their stuff together.
