One of my fave local hot pot places now ！！！！The sichuan broth I picked was spicy enough to satisfy me (which other places did not). You can pick between pork or beef for the meat slices (or both lol why not) and their fish dish with garlic and glass noodles was my fave from the buffet table. They even have Chinese vinegar ！！！！not a lot of desserts and ready made food to choose from but for 499 for a weekday lunch it was really good. The rotary style made it interesting haha

You can chose your hotpot ingredients even without standing. You can just ask the servers for more meat and they will get slices for you. The sauces are on a table away from the seats so get your sauces while you're waiting for the food to cook. Good place to have groups so you can talk while cooking.
First time to try their buffet and it was an awesome experience I really enjoyed their food (not really a fan of Japanese food though but I do now) and I was like a kid wondering what ingredients should I choose Definitely not a budget friendly meal but if you want taste and feel an authentic Japanese dining, Ah Yat is the place

I love this place! One of the best buffet places ever! I love hot pot/ shabu shabu and this place does not disappoint! Friendly staff and workers as well! i have eaten 4-5 times here and I still love the food!
