I have bought things from here before and the items were good my only problem is their customer service. I reserved an item here but when I went to pick it up I found out that they had sold it to another person. I would say that they are a decent place, they just need to get their customer service up.

Seems to have alot of new personnel which in return takes longer time to transact as the seniors are still guiding the new ones. Store wise, quite organize and seems to have a complete set of products from games, consoles, and peripherals. Suggest to fix the boxes at the corner as it seems that they just stackup all of their extra inventories.

Quite a big shop, not fully packed like others where you can't move around. Staff was friendly, answered all of my questions. The choice of newest video games and gadgets is huge, have even older games and consoles. It's the only video game shop at this mall.
