We've rented here several times. What I loved the most to them is for being strict when it comes to cleanliness from the entrance up to the end of the transaction. It's ok to wait while checking for their stuffs because it's comfy with proper ventilation. They are all very entertaining, approachable and well-trained I should say. Greeting is one of the simplest action to one's client but it has a big impact to the clients. They also have a big smile while serving the clients, too.
