This is a great getaway for nature lovers...the island offers a lot in terms of marine biodiversity, one can commune with mother nature while enjoying outdoor activities like snorkeling, kayaking, island hoping, bird watching, bat watching, mangrove sightseeing and lovely sunset watching...looking forward to go back in this wonderful island!

Danjugan island located in Cauyan, Negros Occidental is 1.5 kilometers long and 0.5 kilometers at its widest point. The island offers five lagoons and is protected by limestone forests. It is home to various wildlife endangered species

Resort is a misnomer. Danjugan Island is a MARINE SANCTUARY where you go there as a nature observer and not a tourist. So yoy have to comply with certain environment friendly rules which are just simple to remember: Take nothing but pictures, Leave nothing but footprints, Kill nothing but time. You would then appreciate the place as one where you can be close to nature without the crazy feel of a touristy area. Again this island is not for entertainment but for environmental awareness.

Enjoy nature in peace and quiet, while supporting their endeavors to preserve the environment. Excellent and friendly staff, and great food, too. My most memorable is the amazing underwater sights while you're snorkeling your way from Bamboo Bridge down to Moray Lagoon. If you're thinking of a quick day-trip, save yourself from heartbreak and stay overnight instead.

Foremost of all, the conservation effort of the entire team is commendable. Do not miss the opportunity to dive / snorkel at the Coral Garden and be prepared to be amazed at the schools of giant colorful angelfish. The sunsets are stunning. Moray Lagoon, named after the many resident moray eels (do not dip your fingers), is an eye-catching aquamarine color, and it is good for kayaking for those who like this activity. It is full-board (accommodation, 3 meals, a morning snack, and an afternoon snack). There is so much food. Needless to say, it represents excellent value for the amount that you paid.
