This is the clinic where I usually bring my cats with health problems, because it is nearest to our home. Service quality is a half-and-half situation, because there's a regular change or rotation of staff. Sometimes there is a vet who is kind and welcoming, will talk to you warmly to ease your anxiety. On another day, you will meet another vet who will be on duty and who is an actual opposite of the one before him/her—cold, nose in the air, won't entertain you until you call his/her attention after several minutes of waiting. The clinic does not have a complete stock of shots, from antibiotics to vaccines, especially for cats. There is no parking area as well. But there's one exceptional service here; the clinic offers discounts for spay/neuter when your pet is a rescued animal.

They are amazing!! I rescued 4 VERY poorly puppies, and had to get 1 put down, the rest got treated for worms, fleas and mange.. They were SO helpful and didn't charge a vet fee because I rescued them.. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! 3 pups are now healthy and at a boarding home, whilst I try to get 1 sent over to the UK with me!
Not recommended if you have kittens or cats. Maybe they are more specialized in dogs. Brought my kittens in to show the vet, said they are all good and healthy, despite telling them the symtoms they have been having. However both of the kittens (2.5 months old) passed away within three days of check up. You are the one that knows best when something doesn't feel right with your fur babies. Maybe they didn't have the equipments needed for a detailed check up, blood work etc. Don't get me wrong, vet is polite and professional. However maybe there are better clinic choices out there for cats. Don't want similar experience to happen to anyone else.

These guys where amazing! They work with Bohol Animal Rescue and Kindness, a rescue and education center for stray aimals in Bohol and they helped us without any additional charges besides medicines to evaluate and treat a puppy we found at Alina Beach. 100% recommended.
Not recommended this clinic it so expensive no wonder why dog owner transfer to other clinic just cleaning my dogs wound 2k? My dog need emergency surgery 7k estimated maybe it more according to the doctor.and when i transfer it to other clinic i just payed 5k for surgery wound sutured with their ambulance. Happy that i saved my dog to this over price clinic
Ole work closely with pet owners. They know what they're doing and they're passionate. They communicate and follow up! They love pets (which is very rare nowadays) and veryyyy affordable. I love them. And my Lady (bully) loves them too!
