Today (around 1:50 PM) was not the first time the cashier (a big gay man) at your shop (dairy queen) in Ayala center Cebu had done what he did which was NOT answering properly questions asked politely. Today though, his attitude took its toll on me and so, I irately (in controlled voice though) told him to answer as courtesy when asked and not ignore the customer. I actually asked, about 20 minutes after we first went to the shop, where we were told initially that the machine had conked out, if the ice cream machine was already working. I was all polite and smiling when I asked (twice) the question but I was brushed off by that staff altogether as if he did not hear anything. This was not the first time though that he had done this. On other occasions, he was always unwelcoming and would never smile but fret whenever I would order something. I was with a companion earlier at dairy queen today and he told me that he had the same experiences with this cashier. I guess, what I am trying to say here is for you to teach your staff to learn well how they are supposed to treat customers. I understand that we all make mistakes but mistakes repeatedly done is something that really need to be addressed. Hence, this comment. Thank you.

The price is understandable since its in a mall, and their ice creams are good. I cant really complain about the quality. But the way they serve it, logically it should be no problem, but since they give it to you in an upside down manner, it signifies a "thumbs down". And what does a thumbs down mean? 1 star.

I ordered a Royal Oreo Blizzard at the Dairy Queen on the top floor of Ayala Mall on 9/20 and when I received it, it was only 3/4 full and very few Oreo pieces. I was quite disappointed as the last time I was in Cebu, there was a different manager and he insured there was plenty of pieces in the cup and also ice cream to the top. When I complained this time, the manager scowled at me, but then filled it with ice cream, no toppings.

They have two locations at Ayala Mall...one next to movie theaters in food court, the other next to pizza hut on third floor...they both offer same ice cream option...I got banana split, eating there...I took ice cream sandwiches and ice cream cake home...they gave me ice for my cooler to keep ice cream from melting, they offer little cooler bags if you do not bring your own cooler

I ordered Mango Cheesecake Blizzard. Sadly, i only got 3 bits of cheesecake in a medium sized cup and i can’t see any mango in it. The DQ in Manila is so much better. You can really taste cheesecake and mango in it. I don’t suggest you to go here at DQ Ayala Mall Cebu.
