The place for us to wait is alright. The usual unli free coffee or tea area. Bathrooms are clean. Wifi is acceptable. Service is fine starting from the receivers area and to the people working on your car. It's just they don't go the extra mile of service even if you're a frequent client.. Overall. Just fine.

Despite long waits, it is okay because the lounge has comfy seating, cool airconditioning, free coffee and water. Been coming here for over 10 years already..
