We have been deceived by this company. The project supposedly to complete within 90 days (Aug 2019) as per contract signed but the project completed 2021 (not fully complete really)! I know it sounds bizarre but that is the truth. Prior start of the project we paid 50% of the total contract price equivalent to P650k plus PDC’s (post dated checks) as progress billing. Right after they start the project, we have been billed every forthright but the job was not enough to the amount we paid. In short we FULL PAID even the project is NOT completed. Plus as per our agreement, they should have a foreman to check the workmanship of their worker on site but there is none. Instead we keep chasing them to find out and to check if someone could check the project. To cut the long story short.. this company has been a nightmare to us and giving us grief. We regret that we used this company. We are one of their unhappy clients and they are so unprofessional in many ways. So i warned you guys to please please avoid or stay away with this unprofessional company. Once they will get your money they don’t care about you, i feel being rob face to face. they don’t even know what is after sales/customer service. They only after your money! If i could rate their workmanship and management lower than 0 i would!
