Provincy type place near the cities. Lots of trees and most of the parts are not easily flooded. Very near to almost all relevant establishments. We must maintain the very strict security of the place. Very friendly type of neighborhood. \u003c3

Quiet place but can be very dangerous. Lots of people drinking alcohol outside their homes, I dont recommend to live here unless you have a car/motorcycle especially if you’re a very pretty/sexy girl. Wifi is also very bad. Smart wifi is slower than ever, cell data is also very slow here, pldt keeps on disconnecting. Floods for about 2-3 hours.

Locating St. Anthony Subdivision entrance can be misleading for most patrons. The best description for landmarks is to offer known establishments with clear signage. For instance, in the photo, the best landmark would be McDonlad's. McDonald's is near a yellow foot bridge, and sits across the Valley Golf marker. #LetsGuide
