I made the same experience, no bus at 8am,only van. Guy at this place was telling before, it will come at 8 am, but later he guided me to private van cooperation

There are no Buses here. Just Private Van going to Banaue with 1 trip every night at 9:30pm and Van going to Cabanatuan on daily trip.
