22 seater place located at the 2nd flr beside the elevator. Turnover is fast and service is ok. Tried the Orange Mountain Tea.

My friend and I barely finished the drink we bought. It was Saturday, with very few people. The Choco Pearl pudding tasted like water, and the SC Wintermelon was too sweet with no hint of tea at all. Quality became very low as time goes by. Will never go back again.

It's a great place. No line and air-conditioned already. Only problem is parking unless you validate. But it takes less than 15 mins to get Coco, so free parking
