I only got to know about the existence of this courier because the item I purchased was sent through them. I was mildly surprised at being informed that delivery will be within 2-3 business days. Mind you seller and buyer are from NCR. I wonder what sets them apart?

I wish I can rate zero to this cliqnship. I tracked my order dec 23 and it says ready to deliver. It's already December 27 I haven't receive anything! I called their customer service I spoke to a woman then I hung up after the conversation then I tried to call again and boom I was blocked already. I don't know why seller still trust this company, they are just a peace of garbage!

I hate the delivery man He knocks on the door as if he is in a rush. He dont even consider if someone is sleeping inside! My daughter woke up and cried! And what's worst he said the price is 3,770 but it is 3,717..small amount BUT HONESTY is a must! If i misheard him because of my crying baby He should have a little honesty on his body to say that i gave so much! Urgh! I never heard of this shipping company only just now because my item was sent to them if i will learn again that it will be sent through them I will immediately cancel my orders!

First was an incident that a packaged didnt arrive toy friend for a month. My friend thought i forgot to deliver it. Second was everytime i tried calling them there.is no answer it seems they are hanging up their calls, third i asked for a pick up 2 days ago, and theu didn't give me confirmation then.when i texted their number and asking if somebody can pick up the item, then they just texted back informin me that they do not have riders around my area. So ano na.. 2 days nakalipas kame masisira sa buyers. I've been patient with this courier but now im fed up.

It's unreliable, every morning it sends an SMS that the item will be delivered within the day, but nothing delivered for two days now. I understand that if it was not delivered on the first day, it should be prioritized on the following day. Worse, when I called their hotline, the person I talked to said that it's with the rider, huh.

Nobody answers the phone. You will be put on hold for a long time then a voice will say, "Goodbye!" and the call will get disconnected. Tracking number is also not updated in the website right away. I was already given a tracking number by the merchant but when I tracked it in the website, it said that it did not exist.
