My go to place for frozen fish and shrimp whenever I'm in Cagayan de Oro City. I just add at least 30 minutes more to my travel time going to the airport. The place is big enough and more often than not is pretty well-stocked with the kind of fish I usually bring home to Laguna. They pack them well in styrofoam boxes so the fish is still well frozen 6-8 hours. The only downside is they open at 9AM, so not good if you're catching an early morning flight.
