Pollo a la Braza is my fave style of chicken . Chiko's pollo a la braza is close to the real thing from Peru, their Aji Verde ain't bad. Sad that I did not see Yuca on the menu : ( The yellow rice is good too. Service though could improve. I will be back to try Lomo Saltado.
