My mother loved it. If you're going for take out better reheat it before eating because it taste better hot. Personally it's a great dish on cold days

Chibs Bulalo serves home-made style Bulalo that is among the top beef dish that side of the city. There are bone-in and boneless beef on the menu and other side dishes available. On the lookout for the well-rounded tanginess of home-cooked bulalo, seasoned diners like it with the meat and cartilage dangling on the bone with plenty of hot soup. To some extent, the use of spices perks up food flavor; they provide condiments of calamansi, pepper, soy sauce and vinegar on the table. The meal is not over until one tastes the creamy yellow bone marrow temptingly jutting from the sawed-off bone. A bamboo stick extracts the delicious but cholesterol-rich bone marrow. This restaurant is not for the bargain hunters and combo budget-conscious folks, though. No unlimited rice offering, either. If I may add, the dishes are tasty, yet the menu prices are a bit expensive as there is less meat per serving compared with competitors. I would point out lack basics in this restaurant such as a sink for hand-washing, comfort room and, parking lot for customers. The waiters do not seem to have proper training in waiting and serving customers properly. They had to be called and requested time and again for diners' needs.
They offer good food. The sisig bulalo is a must try. The area is a bit small though, so it is usually full.
Dine in and take out available
Am not satisfied the taste of CHIB's Batchoy
Great food, very consistent with their quality
bad customer service
Place is hot and uncomfortable. Food is just ok. Overhyped in my opinion. Bulalo soup is bland. Only good thingbwas their lumpia but also a bit pricey (P10/pc)
