It cannot come close to the facilities of Hyundai and Toyota. Customer's lounge is a far cry from the two car companies we've visited so far. Hyundai's customer service is outstanding. Coffee or juice will be served to your pleasure as they get you seated comfortably. Chevrolet's car may be expensive but not their Sales offices and Service Centers.

The service and assistance personnel were excellent. Explained what work was required and the cost before doing the work. There was a delay in the timing of the service but this was explained due to a fault they found and needed to monitor so the issue was well handled. Very happy with their work.

Very disappointing first annual 20k service. 6.5hrs for a routine oil change. Chevy owners take note, a cheaper lower specification oil was installed contrary to Chevrolet handbook and engine cover. Made complaint but still awaiting result, will have to change the oil and filter myself to the Chevrolet recommended oil.
