We rented a SUV from CF Car Rental in April 2017 for nine days. From the very beginning the emails were responded to very promptly and all my questions were answered. We rented the 2017 Mitsubishi Montero Sport and went around the Northern Philippines. The car was fairly new and was cleaned before delivering to us. Rome met us at the airport once we arrived and paper work was done quickly and we were on our road trip in no time at all. Initially I hesitated in booking with this company as it was not the usual(Hertz, Avis etc) but very glad I did. The refundable deposit of PHP 10,000 was paid along with the rental charges at the airport. After our nine days the car was picked up and deposit refunded to us. All in all a wonderful experience dealing with this company and I would highly recommend them.

We were in awe the whole time. The transaction was very smooth from the inquiries online with Mark to even adjusting the pick up time on the day. The service was EXCELLENT. We rented a Van with the driver and Sir Donny was just great & professional the whole time. The best part is we had an emergency trip the next day so we emailed and as expected we were able to pick up a self drive sedan with no problems AT ALL. We even requested to pick up the car earlier than the agreed schedule time. This is first class service people and it's possible. We'll definitely recommend them and we'll be requesting their service again this Feb for a wedding. I HONESTLY don't usually do reviews like this BUT this one is an exception. Thanks CF for the great service.

WORTH OF RENTAL PRICE VS GOOD QUALITY AND GREAT SERVICE: *Great staff service and fast reply. Even support during off work time. Thanks to Roman and office staff. *Car is very new, clean and good condition. Making our trip so comfortable. *Honestly tell about the car defects, e.g. door scratches upon car received. Fully refund of deposit within 2weeks, just drop a minor reminder if you need faster refund. Overall support and service still great. *Flexible in collect/drop off time change. Hopefully in future there will have some service feature on the refund for excess diesel in tank. As initially we have no idea on the vehicle full tank capacity (kilometer equivalent).

Great service and trustworthy people. I rented a 2014 Ford expedition on a very reasonable price. Also, I mistakenly put a wrong date during reservation instead of April 29 (which is my target date of pickup) I stated April 30. But when I called them on April 29 to pickup the unit (which is a Sunday by the way) I almost have a breakdown because I realized I had a mistake on the pick up date, however they adjusted it and provided me unit without additional fees. Definitely will be using their service the next time I have need.

I rented a SUV for 22 days from CF Car Rental, and it has been my best rental experience in the Philippines so far. As a naturally worrisome person, I had a lot of questions to them in regards of insurance and such, and all my questions and worries were answered through good and fast communication with customer service. The booking process itself was very easy, and the payment via credit card is convenient. I was delivered a brand new Toyota Fortuner, that was in great condition and sparkling clean, and once the rental was finished, the car was picked up from my location. Overall, this has been one of the most convenient and professional rental experiences I have ever had in the Philippines, and I will highly recommend CF Car Rental Manilla to anybody, that are looking for a trustworthy and professional car rental service. Thanks for the good service I received, and I will be coming back for my next vacation in the Philippines

Absolute ease in dealing with this company. From payment to hand over and returning of car we never had issues. Unlike other car companies the transaction was very straight forward. Rented a Ford 2014 model for 2 weeks and it was great! Would highly recommend them as a top class car rental company!

If I can give more than 5 Stars I will do it.. I have a very smooth transaction with @cfcarrentalmanila especially with Mark (from the beginning of transaction up to the end). I only rented for a Sedan (Vios) car for 3 days but I didn't expect they will give me an SUV which is perfect for my big family that fits in Ford Everest also the good thing with them it's hassle free (traffic)you don't need drive they will deliver it right through your door for affordable price. All Staff are really nice. Definitely when I come back to Manila I will rent my car here.
