Last day of exchanging the \old peso bills\ was December 29. As expected, many went there on the very last day (like me) - very typical Filipino last minute culture at its best. Maski matao, everything was done is a very orderly manner naman. Kudos! Maybe the cool breeze of the weather within the compound helps keep the hot headedness of people in check. Hehehe
