Was informed that hanggang 5PM lang ang parcel ko. When my friend came to pick up, di binigay kasi 3PM palang RTS na. The staff assigned to me is no help also. I informed him at 1PM, na may kukuha ng parcel ko. Worst costumer service ever, not even worth 1 star.
