I was disappointed with some of the staff here. I understand that we had to wait, but letting us wait for 2 hours without letting us know what we were waiting for is just unacceptable. We KNOW that we aren’t the only patients they’re serving but come on! At least be polite and have the common courtesy to assure the patient/customer. My mom asked one of the staff what we were waiting for and the staff answered “You’re not the only patient we’re serving ma’am.” What kind of staff running a business would even say that to a customer? All in all, I don’t recommend anyone who is in an emergency, go here for medical assistance. Good day.

I emailed the hospital with my concerns but they didnt bother to reply so i reviewed here. If there were minus stars they would get -5 .This place is dirty and unhygienic ..my son 14months was treated there...food served for infant was not fit for a dog ..cold bacon..and corn beef ..dont they know about cooked food gone cold bacteria . No towel for washing and because my wife stayed overnight with our son they even charged us fof extra pillow..Worst still nursing staff wore no gloves when treating our son and didnt even use hand sanitizer ..i do hope the red stuff on the bed frame was rust and not blood ..check fhe aircon photos ..all this in private room . I want to say thank you so much to our travel insurance company for getting us out of there and back to Australia . They were so helpfull and understanding of our stress and concerns for our young son...1Cover your FANTASTIC
If you have to let your patients wait, atleast let them know what they are waiting for, and if patients is asking, atleast answer them politely not like "Dli raman ikaw ang patienti" Pde rajud m ingon ug, "wait lng sa ta mam ha kay naa pa g atiman ang doctor." I think therapeutic communication is part of our basic education as a Nurse and show some compassion even how busy we are, we oath to serve and save our patients. Simple, basic communication will go a long way. My mom was treated that way in cdu while waiting for 2 hrs in the waiting area without knowing what we are waiting for.
Worst customer service. Especially their ER department. My dad went earlier to have his wound checked since it's showing redness around the wound and even extended to his hand, swelling got worse. He came in with no patients around and was told by one of their nurse if he could just come back tomorrow since it's not that urgent. My dad asked the nurse that he'll just wait since it was throbbing last night. My dad waited over an hour but no one came to check him even though there's no patients around, until some other patients came and was attended promptly.
Great accommodation from the staff. Nice renovation for a modern design. It really makes me want to have a check-up soon if I got sick again. The price is affordable and have improved for their facilities.
Dr. SUAREZ KARL (General medicine) is a very professionell doctor, dedicated to his work with the whole heart, who helped us in many cases so long we were in Cebu City. We appreciate his HIGH PROFESSIONALITY and INDIVIDUELL APPROACH to his patients. Thanks a lot!
