We ordered 11 TVs and bracket. They knew our timeline, told us it's on stock and for shipment a week before it's needed. On the day it's needed, it still didn't arrive. Told us the flight delivering such was delayed. They knew more than a week when it was needed and confirmed it was on stock. They only loaded it for shipment the day PRIOR it is needed. We kept calling them but not responding. Dealing with them was a nightmare. If you want to avoid stress, order somewhere else.
