Did my 2019 renewal of my motorcycle's registration and it took less than 30 minutes from walking in and walking out with my new reg. and sticker! It cannot get any better than that! A certain J. Bayarcal also doing her job very well in speeding up new registration deserves praises! The place is now a big cry from what it used to be. Thank you very much to the people in this place. Their photo is attached. The men's comfort room though needs some "malasakit." Must be from the passed administration who spent hundreds of millions for the restroom like the PNR.

I hate the way they deal with clients, no formal public assistance, they will let u burn under the heat of the sun. They wont answer your inquiries. They let security gaurds to answer yoir inquires, its not their job, legalities , etc. Worst experience ever! Waste of tax money from the people.

The system of LTO is still very poor. There is only one cashier for the transactions of SP, non-prof and prof license (new application) and although there is a priority number, there is no digital display on what number is already entertained. You have to go to the front and ask the lady in charge and they only call the names of the people, not the number. It should be both all the time or else they buy that technology that would display what number is already entertained just like in other government agencies. I hope there will an improvement for LTO.
