The beers cold the problem is attracting someone to serve you.. the menu is Mexican but they do have burgers so if you don't like that you're out of luck, but the restaurant next door has excellent food..they only cater to Americans, so if you're looking for English or Australian sport on the TV go somewhere else.

Great place! Some kind of live music every night. Cold beer, affordable. Nice staff, but not an aggressive girly bar. Super central, but slightly off the main road, so not as noisy! Would be my favorite watering hole, if I lived in Cebu.
Hmmm... so, it's not terrible but it's also not great, this is why I say that, the food in the Philippines is not I'd call great, so this place serving pizza with hot sauce and watered down drinks is not a surprise. If you're looking to hang out and listen to some music, it'll do the job, low expectations is key...
I wouldn't wonder this is one of the go-to bar to hang-out and just catch up with expat friends with my good friend Tom from Alabama. Happy hour IS happy hour! Beer's cold all the time, they have some decent grubs as well. Friendly staff and manager! Perfect place to watch sports on the tube like the one i'm enjoying right now, England vs Sweden Fifa 2018! The place do get loud esp. on Fridays & Saturdays when a band plays some old favorites. You want peace and quiet? The library is the place for you.
Fantastic bar with lots of screens and channels to follow every sports event, pool table, big outside area and a band that a) consists of great musicians and b) plays rock and blues, really enjoyed it! Prices for the drinks are reasonable, food I haven't tried, as it's not vegan.

Great expat hangout, good place to get a nice cold day beer. No craft here just the basics, crowd a little loud, but so far always friendly. Staff is super friendly even the awesome owner, Mike, might just sit down with you, chew the fat and buy you a cold one! Haven't tried the food here yet, but I will be back to try it!
Always a good atmosphere and nice crowd. Helpful bartender with good knowledge when it comes to mixing drinks. Always sports on their screens and the best place to watch live sports in Cebu City. Prices are good and food is good. All in all a place to visit for those looking for a cold beer,a game of pool or just for watching sports.
