great service. very established bus transit liner that you can trust that you would reach from point A to point B safely... their buses are also very much well maintained.
We had a worst experience as a tourist using this transportation my partner and iw as insulted by one of the conductors of bus no.80001 going bantayan 7am july 24 2019 its because we dont understand their language they make fun of us and insulted my fiance becausw his a big chubby guy. This kind of people needs a disciplinary i will write a letter abiut this rude unprofessional employee of ceres tour bus in cebu. And i will complain this to tulfo. We just as a aguidance about the play because as a tourist we have no idea about the place instead of answering us to help us they just laughed at me and my husband. Drivers and conductors are laughing together
Paid my fare at the gate Was told Id receive my change sa bus as long as I present my TICKET Presented my ticket to Conductor Says HE CANT GIVE ME MY CHANGE because I paid at the station

The bus was in good condition and clean. We went from liloan to cebu south from cebu north to maya port. The first ride was good and also fast. There is a lot of traffic around cebu, so calculate more time if you have to take a flight or so. The second ride took the same time like the first, around 4.5 h. In the city we drived sooo slowly but not because the traffic... and in the north when it was already late he startet to drive like crazy... also when we at 19:30pm finally arrived maya port the bus ticket seller said to us that there is no chance to take a privatboat to malapasqua ( for 1500 -2500 they will bring you) and he tried to sell us a hotel for 1 night. That was a veeeery bad service.
No english, rude and only cater to locals.
