I attempted to rent a vehicle on short notice (within a couple of hours) because my vehicle's air cond needed repair. I was told they could deliver it to my location right away. I informed them that I had meetings in the city, the first at 1:30pm (it was about 11:15 at the time). I filled out the needed information and was told the delivery driver would contact me. He never did. I was confirmed at 11:34 am, and I didn't receive a reply to my messages again until 1:10pm. When they finally did, the message was to call a number that nobody answered at first. Someone finally answered and said they would contact the driver. They also never returned the call. Finally, 2 hours later, I was still sitting at home when my meeting was supposed to start. I messaged to cancel the rental at 1:35 pm because they would not reply. I had no idea if they were going to come or not. Even that cancellation message was never replied to. Needless to say, I was never able to rent the vehicle so I cannot review that process. However, my experience in dealing with this company is that they are very unprofessional. The fact that they could not even perform basic customer service and reply to messages or answer the phone, warrants the 1 star rating. It's as if they couldn't care less about a customer. If you are in a hurry and need a vehicle quickly, this is not the place. Everything else could be great, but I never had the chance to find out.
