Went to the clubhouse to pay for HOA. No office personnel in sight. Ask the guards on when they come back for work and they got no idea. Golf drive area is ok. Gym is horrible, dilapidated and been neglegted for a long time. The basketball court is locked and seems to be exclusive to the FEU students. School Logo/color is everywhere in the gym. Why? I thought it's for the homeowners use. Not happy with the place overall.

Water is a problem incomplete fence unsecure place 1 month ago another house fell prey to holdupper indoor basketball court used by Feu without the consent of hoa so many strey dog and cows
