As usual, as slow as forever... They deserve 0. Waited for half day and what i got is paper license. I need to come back the next day to get the card, which has limited slot. 230 pieces per day only. You are messing with people's lives.

This is where you go when paying more, waiting longer, and getting rude treatment is acceptable to you. The place is filled with fixers -- from parking ticket attendant, helpdesk, down to personnel in the counters. They see nothing wrong with refusing to give forms for patrons to fill up while waiting for their system to be back online. Staff are rude and uppity who deprives customers on directory assistance to next nearest LTO office through they are unable to provide service, telling people off to just research LTO directory online. What a waste of taxes! Tagaytay prides in being a City of Character. That's still true, unless you transact at LTO Tagaytay. If you want to validate this info, I highly encourage you to keep an FB live from the time you approach LTO compound.

Better than LTO Dasma-Sabang. Renewed car registration and takes us around 4 hours. More options for emission and insurance than LTO Dasma.
