I shouldn't give this place any star because of poor management. The elevator is broken since December. No maintenance for the cleanliness of facilities. The water in the pool is so dirty, looks like a pond for frogs. The abandoned dogs of former employees are wandering inside and scattering garbages. They also bark to tenants. They require additional deposit yearly in addition to annual increase in rental fee. They don't have regular cleaning of water tank.
