Its a home to the Philippine Air Force Nearest to Manila. A place rich in history as old as the spanish to american period in the country. The air base co-exist with the Phil. Navy, also named as Haracleo Alano Naval Base. The Base has two Local Barangays and the communities are both residents from airforce and navy. Now the base is catering the General Aviation small transport aircraft operations. Allowing air transport of goods as authorized by the CAAP. Soon the Base will become the Manila Airport extension. Access to the base can be done by land travel which is an hour or less depending on the traffic from Manila Airport. Local Busses can be availed of from PITX station going directly to Cavite City. A taxi cab can also be availed of but of a considerable rate. People inside the Base are purely Filipinos, foreigner requires clearance prior to entry. Likewise, transactions for Gen Aviation and other businesses requires coordination and permits. Suggested route for convenience from manila is via coastal road to CAVITEX to Kawit to Noveleta to Cavite City. Driving in Cavite City requires lots of patience and temperance. Enjoy the visit and do not forget to pass by on one of the churches.
