Dr. Cepeda is the best vet. He really is attentive and patient to my dog. I dont usually post comments but i am very satisfied with his professionalism. It is just unfortunate that my dog moved to manila. To those who are in biñan and carmona he is the best vet. Really is.
Doc Cepeda is very very nice. The most professional Vet I've ever seen or heard of. A caring and a wonderful man who shows compassion and has invested a lifetime into the care of animals and some of his equipment would outshine a hospital for people.
Dr. Jose Cepeda is a very professional but kindhearted veterinarian. His clinic is clean and has updated equipment. Parking space is also available in the area. Your pets will be taken care of there.
First time to go to a vet but I'd have to say the doctor and his staff were very nice to my pet. They knew what they were doing. Dr. Cepeda was exceptional. He delivered an injection without my anxious cat even noticing. Will definitely make this my go-to clinic.
