They treat foreign different that local Filipinos. Tried to change money, I live and work in the Philippines, I provided 2 valid forms of Philippines Govt ID and was told I required a passport, but a Filipino can change money with only 1 Philippines ID... that is the definition of #discrimination.
Place - centralized air-condition, very cold, if you stay for 2 hours there you can't bear the cold. They accommodate us for a while, saying "wait for the assigned personnel to do paperworks for my Lola's account". Maybe they will entertain you if they're sure you'll put something in the bank. ATM Account 2 weeks you'll get the card.
i called before i went there i ask requirements and when i arrived there they wont accept. front-liner people are not accommodating gawas lang cguro ug LOOKING RICH ang mosolod.
