could have been better if they replaced the signage after it got replaced by the store (All Home) infront of the subdivision. a portion of the road leading the gate of the subdivision got damaged during the construction of the mall also needs some repair and improvements.

Reminds me of suburbs in New Jersey... except for the lousy water pressure. Until they install proper water pipelines for all homes, these homes are uninhabitable. Property management shuts off the water at midnight so nothing comes out of the pipes. Outrageous! I can't use the bathroom at night?!
