Some points to consider if one will rent the place: 1. Comfort room and shower rooms are a bit small. (2 private in each 2 rooms and 1 common t&b in villa patria house) 2. Everything is for \sharing\ - including the gas stove igniter lever to another burner. You need to share the kitchen with the other renter (Casa Lolo) BUT the area is divided into 2 that there is an imaginary line that you are not supposed to step into. 3. Clogged shower rooms because of \sands\. (As the caretaker told me) 4. Dirty beach and as you step on the water, sea weeds all over the area. 5. 2 new split type air-conditioning system, the other room's a/c is still outdated. 6. With caretaker to clean up and cook for you for 8 hours. **On my own opinion - it was not worth for the long drive and a bit expensive for the facilities. I was informed late that the kitchen will be shared with the other renter. Nevertheless, another lesson learned in booking accommodation for future trips.

The place is over rated, Photos are not what you will see when you arrive at the place. The house should have extensive renovation, and not suitable to take a swim at the beach because of too much algae. I will not personally recommend the place unless total renovation and clean up of the house and beach.

A rustic beach house. Good place to unwind if you don't mind power interruption and low to no coverage area for your internet or phone. Place could use some upgrades and renovation. House keepers are courteous and friendly. Owner can be contacted via AirBnb. If you're bringing old folks and kids expect power outages often and bring portable fans in case of black outs. Note: Avoid typhoon season(June to November) as it might affect your booking and stay.

This is so far, but so relaxing especially when you wanted to breathe from the stressful city life and feel the breeze from the sea.
