We frequently visit this hospital for mom's medical needs and still some staff (some not all) are not attentive to the needs of the patients. We requested for a private room but a room was given a night when were about to be discharged, so we didn't push through with getting the room. We requested for any available rooms and information has been informed about it several times, but one of the nurses mentioned that reason why no room has been given to us is because we are reserving the room being reserved by most. Yeah, when we've said that we're okay getting any available rooms. Rooms need sanitation and cleaning. Water coming from the faucet is unclean. I think they should step up more considering that this is a private hospital.
