I just had a very bad experience with Abenson Store at the 2nd Floor of Sta. Lucia Mall in Cainta. I bought a 0.5HP aircon for my son who is a DOH frontliner assigned in one of the islands of Quezon Province last Sunday 26July2020. The aircon will be installed to a house supposedly going to be rented by my son as his assignment will last for 3 years being a DTTB. A day after my purchase, the supposed to be Lessor backed out of the agreement thereby the original intent of using the said aircon to an 3X3m area is no longer applicable. I went back to Abenson store today 29July2020 or 3 days after my purchase with the box still untouched to replace the unit with higher power of 0.75HP. I was surprise that i am being asked to pay 10% of the purchase price before they could replace the unit. I was so upset with this store and Carrier Aircondition company. I will just file a case to DTI anyways.
