Terrible service; low or no water pressure is the norm for Cagayan de Oro residents. Plus the tap water sometimes turns brown, possibly from unfiltered sediments. On top of all that, they charge a flat rate every month, whether one opens their taps or not. The sooner the COWD gets a competitor, the better, because unfortunately they're a monopoly at the moment.
At Home: There are times that the tap water is dirty (brown in color), usually at night. It doesn't happen that often, though. But we do use a cover cloth in our drinking faucet because the water does leave dirt stains and we make sure that the water we drink is okay. In their office: Their queing system improved so much and I love it. The office is air conditioned with rows of benches for a comfortable stay. The waiting time for paying is estimated around 20-30 mins. (or lesser than that, around 15 mins., especially in the morning) so doesn't take that long to wait usually. Hoping for a more improved services in the future. :)
It's now the third day na wala mi tubig and they don't even bother sending any type of announcement whatsoever. Please naman makasabot man sad siguro mi kung walay tubig, tagai lang mig sakto nga rason.
Intermittent water supply and most of the time water are murky. hope they will improve their service since customers are promptly paying them.
Take them weeks to take action for leakage. Sometime a month.
