The Service advisor is very accommodating . No queue. The customer lounge is kid friendly.

Had a bad experience with one of their marketing sales representative. Can be very pushy (daily calls for updates if getting a unit) and rude. This Suzuki branch also feels like a a ghost town, hence its low release of cars.
