It's what you expect to a government agency nowadays. Slow process and only a selective amount of staffs really care about customer satisfaction. If you're lucky to meet those kind of staffs. If you're unlucky then you'll probably lose your cool to those staffs with tremendous attitudes.

I'm here to get my tin id and have an existing tin number as this was the nearest BIR from my home. They were nice and all but sadly they waste my time waiting. They should've inform me first that I should go to my RDO to get my ID.

Receptionist at 4F RDO 047 was very helpful. Immediately took my name and confirmed that I needed to proceed to another RDO since that was where I was still tagged. Saved me a lot of time in the process by not having to wait in line in vain. Oh, the guards were very polite too.
