Inaccurate instruction. There should be written instruction as to what to do next where to go... exact No. Of xerox copies needed both BIR and bank requirements.no telephone ?? For you to follow up your papers .. poor system..

Going here is easy. If your from South you ride Toril-Roxas road. Then get off in UM. Then ride a route going to Magallanes. You can get off in Magallanes when you reach city hall. This place is near Philhealth. But it is farther away. The building is new. The citizens charter can be seen before entering the building. Sits are available inside as well. They have priority number depending on your purpose in going there. The transactions seem fast too.

Located in Bolton Extension, this building houses both City and Regional Offices of Bureau of Internal Revenue. It is a 5-10 minutes walk from Magallanes Street where jeepneys can drop you by, just across PhilHealth Office and beside a condominium project called Spatial. The front portion is occupied by the regional offices while the rest is by local/city. Quite disappointed with the services offered here. The Information suppose to be will be the very person you can ask about process in the office but it seemed they are not so approachable like they don't to be of service to people. The system is always offline which makes a huge pile of people queueing for transactions.

IMPROVING BIR is currently doing their best to enforce the new TRAIN Law. They always reach out to the taxpayers specially those belong under TAMP taxpayers and help them to be compliant with the changes for them to avoid penalties.

Same as before, VERY SLOW, out of 3 counters, only 1 is working. and hundred are waiting. It's useless. They should put more staff so that people will not wait 3hrs or more just for a simple transaction. Very poor service, not well organized, needs a lot of improvement..

They have a new building. A very small parking area. Transaction in some department is fast but in this one depart.. the ONNET only has 1 in charge while its one of the busiest section. I hope fhey will put at least 2 person in charge of this section/department

A nice building of BIR in Bolton St., Davao City. All offices are aircondition. Providing entertainment to the waiting tax payers.
