If I could I would rate my experience a zero. Called this number today. A lady picked up after bout 15mins of the phone ringing. I told her about my inquiry and she just transferred my to another line without even telling me what department and to what extension number she was directing me to. The second line rang for approx. another 15 minutes or so where another lady answered it then the call got disconnected before I could say anything. A total waste of time

I hope there will be a clarification regarding the issue of a tax payer single head of the family who has senior parents and 2 special siblings. This issue was being covered to the response that how if the parents had passed away, how come SSS had their own way to investigate existing SSS Pensioners? Please provide information what will be the law passed by Senator Recto. We, tax payers as single head of the family have too much burden annually. Thanks!
