Aside from being chaotic from the check-in counter which took us more or less 2 hours, just to check-in our baggage, I need to file a complaint to this egoistic immigration officer who said our visa/documents are fake and threatened to call the nbi as he said it's falsification of public documents. when I was not moved by his threat and said I don't mind him calling the nbi he said I was questioning his authority when I was just trying to explain that our documents are not fake. We went to the immigraiton office and he still insists that our documents are fake. As we were already late for our flight, I asked him, so what's gonna happen to us? ( I was with my sister) He said he was willing to give us consideration, but needs to confiscate our documents. So we arrived at our airport of destination without any documents. But with God's help and blessings, the immigration officer who interviewed us allowed me to open my mobile and show the electronic visa I have in my email. All countries I've been to, using of mobile phone is prohibited at the immigration counter. Had I not been allowed to present the electronic visa from my phone, what could have happened to me and my sister to a foreign land? And if our visa is fake, why was it validated and we were allowed entry to their country?! To make matter worst, when I came back after 2 weeks, I went to the immigration office to file a complaint, but I was just given a wrong url to do it. I wasn't able to get that rude officer's name, but the time and date it happened and the counter it happened should make it easier for them to identify their employee. Attached was the URL given to me by the so-called supervisor for me to complain.

Three hours and half queuing to pay the extension and exit fees. The government said no to go to other Bureau of Immigration offices, but trust me go there whatever it takes as in the airport there is only one desk for hundreds of travellers. Third world service.

NAIA Terminal 1 Departure Immigration - by far the slowest and least efficient immigration queue there is! Standing one hour to queue is just unheard of! hope this can be improved soon...
