I've give more stars if I could. I just have to say, this was possibly the best experience I've had extending my visa, and I've done it quite a few times. The guard who took my temperature set the tone - he was warm and friendly and pointed me to exactly where I needed to go. I submitted my form, waited about 5 minutes and was called up for assessment. After another 5 minutes, I went to the cashier and paid. Then 5 minutes later, I picked up my passport and was on my way. Throughout the entire process everyone was extremely helpful. As I said, possibly the best experience I've had at any Bureau of Immigration branch in the Philippines. The entire staff deserves a raise. This branch should serve as a model for how other offices operate.

The staffs are very nice. They guide me which step I should do and answer all my questions. This branch is more calm than the one in Manila. If you are in Makati, close to Makati, go here! I paid for express line to extend my tourist visa. It took me only 30 minutes since the moment I walked in the office. So fast and efficient!!!

I could have given more stars if I could...it was my 4th Satellite office I've been cuz I couldnt get an internet appointment, most offices dont allow walk in. Went there early morning today and was lucky they have only few appoinments scheduled. I was the first in line to request extension of my stay. The process took only 30 minutes. ALL staffs including the guard are very polite and curteous. Very pleasant to have transaction with them .HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
