PLEASE DO NOT RENT FROM HERE. This place deserves 0 stars, never mind 1. The bike we received had a broken speedometer, the tires were two completely different sizes, the front one was for a child bike. We noticed after 30 minutes of driving that the bike used 1/2 tank of gas!!! Then 15 minutes later the tire was flat! We had to get off and push the bike for 30 minutes to a shop where all of the people were in shock that the man even let us take a bike like this. We brought the bike back immediately (4 hours later because of the time it took to fix the tire and drive back) and he laughed at us and refused to give us a refund for the 500 pesos we had paid for 24 hours. He would not even look us in the eyes, walked around laughing and spraying his bikes and ignoring us. It ruined our whole day in Coron. We have rented bikes all throughout Southeast Asia and there is no reason for a tire to go flat on perfectly paved roads. These bikes are not safe or taken care of. Basically setting you up for suicide. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

We hired a scooter here and had no issues. Quick process. They take your license as deposit and return upon arriving back at the store at the end of your day. Easy and simple friendly owners and get you on your way. They give you a map of where to go. To get to occam occam beach and back you can do it with 3 litres of petrol. And still have leftover.

DO NOT HIRE FROM THEM. If you have no choice, CHECK EVERYTHING BEFORE YOU LEAVE!! Most of their bikes have no side mirrors and a lot of them have problems with brakes, lights or tires. If you find the problem later, they will charge you for the time you had the bike for. If they make any kinds of promises, ensure you have a written or verbal recording. We took a bike with no headlights for 2 hours because they told us a replacement bike will be ready for us in 2 hours. They didn't follow through and when we wanted a refund, they wanted us to pay for the 2 hours we had the bike for. They absolutely don't care about the safety of their customers because they have no legal responsibility of any kind.

All the big bikes had starter problems. 2 of three had slick tires which is unacceptable no matter the circumstances. If you want to commit suicide then rent a bike from there.

Scammers. Will claim damage from previous renters as yours. Will demand cash . Of you refuse, they threaten to call police. And the probably bribe the police. When I am back in Makati, I have a meeting with the Consumer Protection Group. Warning to Boyet, be careful who you try to scam. Signed Rich Investor in Makati

Boyet is a family business and they can take care of you. Talk to the owner or the wife ate Euzziel who will point you in the right direction and give you lots of tips. Not all the staff know the places to visit compared to the owners. Automatics are all less than 2 years old and fire right up, some brand new. Manuals, if you're going to ride one of these have experience kick starting and shifting or you're asking for not a great day. To those who complain about fuel: Don't expect any shops in SEA to give you a full tank and it's because many customers return it empty.

We went the night before to reserve a manual bike for the next day. We were ensured one will be reserved, we offered a deposit, but were told ‘Sir, I promise to put a bike aside for you tomorrow.’ When we showed up 20 minutes before the agreed time the next day there were no manual bikes left and all promises were forgotten. If they would have said we don’t do reservations and it’s first come first serve in the morning it would have been fine and we would have planned accordingly. But it was very bad service to make a promise and not to keep to it. Luckily we got a great manual bike from Angel rentals with much better service.
